Europe II (France (Corsica), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Sweden) – 23€
When the item is returned due to a defect, the return is free of charge. When the item is returned due to withdrawal, the shipping costs for the brand are at the expense of the customer.
After receiving and analyzing the product, "CAPSULA" will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will be made within 5 working days, using the same payment method used in the purchase, when this is not possible, it will be made by bank transfer to the account you indicate.
DUE TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMS POLICIES AND IMPORT TAXES, "CAPSULA" HAS NO CONTROL OVER POSSIBLE COSTS THAT MAY BE APPLIED WHEN AN ORDER ARRIVES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PREDICT THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THESE TAXES.
