DELIVERIES

Cásula has focused since its inception on sustainability, at all levels. Our products are made in Portugal, combining technology with traditional processes and techniques, emphasizing a close connection with nature and the slow living ethic. For these reasons, our orders are delivered within 15 working days of purchase, respecting the sustainable pace of the delivery process.

The shipping costs per destination are:

Mainland Portugal: €6.50

Portugal islands: 15€

Europe I (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland) – 12€

Europe II (France (Corsica), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Sweden) – 23€

RETURNS

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied are defective or otherwise non-compliant with the items ordered. Returns can be made within a period of 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and respective identification label. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller refunds within 5 working days. If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying reasons for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

2. RETURN DUE TO CANCELLATION

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 14 calendar days of receipt. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:

– Have not been used.

– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).

– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

 

3. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one item for another, please follow the steps below.

 

HOW TO PROCEDURE:

1st STEP: CONTACT US

– Get in touch with us via email info@capsulaorganicbrand.com, tell us the reference of your purchase and the items you want to exchange.

2nd STEP: PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX AND SHIP IT

– You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and only place the item you want to return.
– Close the box and seal it with tape.
– Send the order to our address.

3rd STEP: REFUND

After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
